Do I need a credit card to sign up for a paid plan?
Only if you subscribe. Pro, Growth and Business Plus have an instant "Subscribe now" button that takes you straight to a secure Stripe checkout, no waiting, no email required. If you have questions first, you can email us instead.
Is there a free trial?
Our first 500 Founding Members received a 6 month trial, automatically. When those 6 months end, their listing moves to the Free plan automatically too, their permanent badge stays either way. That programme is now closed to new listings. If you would like to test a paid plan yourself, email us and we will discuss the options.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Contact us any time to change your plan.
What is the Founding Member badge?
The first 500 businesses to list on AfricaShowAm received a permanent Founding Member badge and a 6 month trial. That period is now closed, no new Founding Member badges are being granted.
Is the basic listing really free, no catch?
Yes. Listing your business stays free forever. We only charge for extra visibility and features on top of that.
How does the affiliate programme work?
You get a unique referral link. Every business that signs up through your link and upgrades to a paid plan earns you 20% of their monthly subscription for as long as they stay.
